The keyboard is decent enough for everyday typing, and the keys aren’t too loud or anything. But the touchpad gets on my nerves. Sometimes it skips, sometimes it feels slow, and I don’t really have the patience to keep fighting with it. It’s usable, but definitely not as smooth as I expected. 3 stars

Well... I got my mini PC from nimopc.com and overall the setup was straightforward. I plugged it in, hooked up my monitor, and it started up without any issues. The Windows setup part felt normal and didn’t take too long.

The only thing that slowed me down was the instructions. They were a little too basic, so I had to figure out a couple things myself and look stuff up online. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I think clearer directions would help people who aren’t as used to setting these up. Overall, it was fine, just not perfect.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been frustrating. I don’t mind paying when something is worth it, but I’m careful with my money, so having cash tied up with no clear answer from support is really annoying.

I reached out twice by email about getting warranty help, and they still refused to do anything. it felt like they were just looking for a reason not to deal with it.

The whole experience was really frustrating. I found myself constantly checking for updates, but I barely got any information unless I reached out first. Even then, the replies were slow and vague, so I was left guessing most of the time.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, the lack of communication made everything feel stressful and disappointing. I wouldn’t use them again, and that’s sad because I really wanted this to go better.

This felt cheaply made right out of the box, and it broke way faster than I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Sorry to hear that, but there’s not much we can do,” which was frustrating. Overall, the quality just isn’t there.

The PC does work, so I’ll give it that... but the build quality feels cheap for the price!! The case panels don’t line up properly, and there was even a loose screw rattling around inside when it showed up??? The cables were kind of a mess too. For what I paid, I really expected it to feel a lot more solid and put together. Not super happy with it, unfortunately...

The screen is okay. Colors look fine, but the brightness feels a little weak.

I don’t know, the whole site just felt a little sketchy to me. Maybe I’m overly cautious, but I’ve had enough weird online experiences to trust my gut at this point. It kind of reminded me of those random pop-up shops you see at the mall around the holidays, the ones selling drone toys and phone cases, where you’re not totally sure they’ll still be there next week. Anyway, I didn’t feel comfortable using it and I probably wouldn’t trust it again.

The mini PC itself works fine and shipping was smooth, so no real complaints there. The only downside is it came with a bunch of random preinstalled apps I didn’t ask for, and that part was weird. I had to spend some time cleaning it all up before it felt ready to use.

I bought a mini PC from Nimopc, and after using it for a bit, the fan noise is the thing I keep noticing the most.

At first I thought maybe it was just during updates or heavier tasks, but I started seeing the same pattern every time: open a few browser tabs, play YouTube, or do basic everyday stuff, and the fan kicks in hard. It’s not just a soft background hum either, it has this whiny sound that really stands out when it’s sitting on the desk.
I tried moving it to different spots and poking around in the settings to see if anything changed, but the noise kept coming back the same way. In a quiet room it gets distracting fast, so overall I’m disappointed with it.

The site does work, and there were moments where pages loaded quickly, which was nice. But I also remember sitting there a few times waiting for product pages to open and feeling that little bit of frustration creep in, especially when I was just trying to browse smoothly. It’s not unusable by any means, and I was still able to get around, but the speed feels inconsistent. If it were a bit more steady and quicker overall, I’d definitely feel better about rating it higher.

I’m still waiting after two weeks, and yeah, that’s just not okay. Like, I get that delays happen sometimes, but this is way longer than I expected.

I wasn’t too happy with this. The design feels bulky and awkward, and I thought it’d be a lot easier to carry around. It’s not very convenient to move or set up in smaller spaces, it looks a bit cheap too.

You can’t really make up fake customer reviews and expect it to feel genuine. Just share what actually happend with your return, good or bad. People can tell when it's not real...

At first, nimopc.com seemed okay!! Like, I figured it was going to work fine for what I needed... but after using it for a while, it just became super unreliable. Some days it worked, other days I’d run into issues, and it got frustrating really fast!!! I don’t really trust it anymore after that, and I probably wouldn’t use it again...

My mini PC arrived without the power cable or the WiFi antennas that were supposed to be included. I was annoyed right away because I couldn’t even set it up properly. Support kept asking me to send photos of the empty box, but I’m not sure what they expected to see. The most frustrating part was waiting days with no real update or clear answer. Definitely not a great experience, and I’d double-check everything before ordering from Nimopc.

I ordered from Nimopc the packaging was disappointing. The box was flimsy and already crushed on one side when it got to me, and there was barely any padding inside. For something that should’ve been handled with a bit of care, that just feels irresponsible. It really looked like they tossed it in a box and shipped it out without thinking twice. Not acceptable, and I definitely wasn’t happy with it
